Our Team
Our Team is led by our current chairman Mr.K.S.Venkatasubban,
who has 50+ years of experience in mechanical engineering
field and has established an outstanding reputation for
Microfine over the past 40+ years.
Mr. Girish Venkatasubban, MD, after completing Master's in the
USA, has been leading the organization from the year 2003. He
has introduced modern manufacturing methods and technologies,
to ensure growth of the organization and all the stakeholders.

About Microfine
Our Organization was incorporated in the year 1981 with the vision of establishing ourselves as a pioneer in precision machining & assembly. Ours is an ISO 9001:2015 certified organization and in the phase of implementation of AS9100 certification. We have the required expertise in precision machining of components and sub-assemblies to Defence & Aerospace Industries. We work with our clients to design, re-design, and to finalize the specifications of their products before the parts are produced. We also support our clients to decide on the test specifications and also establish test setup and enable them to realize their parts/sub- assemblies at the earliest. We have a dedicated team of engineers, who can understand exactly the requirements of the client, convert them into 3D models, sketches, layouts, drawings, specifications, and do project management and deliver the products as per the finalized specifications. We have a dedicated set of machineries and equipment to deliver the ordered products on time and at required quality along with relevant documentation. We provide frequent training to our employees to keep them up-to-date with different technologies, management practices that are relevant around the globe
